To cancel a preorder, please reach out to us at info@cartoonrewind.com. Make sure to send your cancelation request before the items leave our warehouse. Once shipped, our Refund/Return Policy will apply. Please note, there is a 10% cancelation fee for all canceled pre-orders.


We require full payment for pre-orders at the time you place your order. Unless it is stated otherwise in the listing.


Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.


 For the fastest delivery of your in-stock items, we recommend placing a separate order for them. Orders with a mix of in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once all items in the order are ready to ship.


We understand that waiting for pre-orders can be frustrating. Unfortunately, due to the complexities of the supply chain, we cannot guarantee precise arrival dates. The estimated dates are provided by the manufacturer, but delays can sometimes occur. 


 No problem! We can delay shipping your pre-order so you can combine it with other items. Simply contact us at info@cartoonrewind.com and we'll be happy to arrange this for you. 


We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy to give you peace of mind.

What can be returned?

  • Unopened and unused items: You can return unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page. The packaging must be in its original condition.
  • Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, you can exchange it for a replacement within 30 days of receiving your order. We may ask you to send a picture of the damage to help us determine the best course of action.

What can't be returned?

  • Opened items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of opened items. This includes items that have been taken out of the packaging or show signs of having been opened.
  • Items with minor cosmetic issues: Minor cosmetic imperfections are not considered defects.
  • Package condition (unless purchased as Collector's Grade): We cannot accept returns for damaged packaging unless you specifically purchased the item as Collector's Grade.


  1.  Contact our customer service team at info@cartoonrewind.com to request a return authorization. Returns without authorization may be delayed or rejected. 
  2. Once authorized, pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and include any packing materials.
  3. Domestic returns: If the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item, we'll provide a prepaid return label. If you choose your own shipping method, you will be responsible for the cost.
  4. International returns: We will not cover return shipping costs for international returns unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item. In that case, we will issue store credit for the estimated cost of return shipping using a standard method.


 Refunds are issued in the original form of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

 Processing times vary depending on your payment method: 

  • Credit cards: 3-5 business days
  • PayPal: Up to 30 days (depending on your PayPal payment source)
  • Store credit: Available immediately


In some cases, we may apply a restocking fee:

  • If the returned item is missing parts, damaged, or opened
  • If the item was inspected by customs
  • If the return is received after the 30-day window

Our customer service team will contact you to discuss any concerns before issuing a refund.
