Cartoon Rewind's Pre-Order Guarantee Policy
The Pre-Order Guarantee
By placing a pre-order with a deposit, you are securing your item and receiving our Guaranteed Reservation.
- Your item is reserved specifically for you. The quantity is immediately deducted from our expected stock, guaranteeing that you will receive the item once it arrives.
- The deposit ensures that your figure is guaranteed and reserved just for you. We commit to holding this item for you until the balance is due.
The 15% Non-Refundable Deposit
To secure this guarantee, a down payment is required at checkout.
- A 15% non-refundable deposit of the item's total cost is required at checkout or $5.00 which ever is greater.
- This deposit covers the administrative costs of reserving and holding your specific item for an extended period.
- The deposit is strictly non-refundable. This means that if you choose to cancel your pre-order at any time, or if you fail to complete the final payment (see Section 4), the 15% deposit will be forfeited.
The Final Payment Process
The Process
- We receive the item at our warehouse.
- Your reserved item is inspected and prepared for invoicing.
- You will receive a Balance Due Email containing a secure, unique link to complete your purchase of the remaining 85% balance.
The Deadline (10-Day Window)
- You must pay the remaining 85% balance within 10 calendar days of receiving the Balance Due Email.
- We strongly recommend adding our email address to your safe sender list to ensure you do not miss this important notification.
Forfeiture and Cancellation
Failure to complete the final payment or choosing to cancel your order will result in the loss of your guaranteed reservation and your deposit.
Customer-Initiated Cancellation and Payment Failure
- If you choose to cancel your pre-order at any point after paying the deposit, or if your final 85% balance payment is not received by the 10-day deadline after receiving the Balance Due Email, the pre-order will be automatically canceled. In either case, the item will be returned to available inventory, and the 15% deposit will be forfeited to cover the administrative and holding costs of your guaranteed reservation.
Cartoon Rewind Cancellation
- This is extremely rare, but if we are unable to fulfill your guaranteed pre-order due to a supplier or manufacturer cancellation, we will notify you immediately. In this event, you will be issued a full 100% refund, which includes the 15% deposit.

Yes, please contact us immediately if your address changes. We will update the address before the final 85% balance is due.
The item will be immediately returned to stock and your 15% deposit will be forfeited. We cannot reactivate the pre-order once the deadline passes. Please contact us before the deadline if you anticipate any issues
Typically no. Our system is designed only to take the 15% deposit initially for pre-ordered items. This simplifies inventory management and guarantees your reservation. However, please reach out to us at Sales@cartonnrewind.com and we will see what options are available.
Once the final payment is successfully processed, your order will typically ship within 1-2 business days. Shipping times then depend on your selected shipping method.
